Men, woman and children stopped this week as Marion & Vicky from Ladies Workout Express hooped and bounced on a giant rednose in aid of Comic Relief. The pair, donned in red wigs and hats not only raised a total of £115.00 for ComicRelief, but managed to teach some of the passers by some fun tricks with the hoop. Ladies Workout Express would like to invite all ladies to 7 days free at the gym where you too can have fun & get fit at the same time.
