Hooping will take people out of their normal environment, and will create opportunities for them to experience learning and personal development in a way that may not often be possible. Get a group of people together for a hooping playshop and barriers are immediately removed. Hooping can open minds to new areas of personal development, and emphasises the opportunity for continuous learning that is available to us all. 
Hooping provides a great avenue for stimulating both the right and left-brain sides. The left side of the brain is the logical reasoning side while the right side of the brain is our intuitive and creative side.
In hooping movement we experience will help to unleash right side brain skills, which help to promote self-motivation, confidence, initiative, empathy and creativity.
Hooping gets the body moving, which is good for general health and for an energetic approach to work or school. People concentrate and work better when they have had some light exercise and physical stimulus. Hooping can energise people and reduce stress and tension while also help to build confidence, unleash creativity, promote well being and stimulate physical and ecstatic movement.
A short hooping session can help children improve confidence, help them to be more focused and thus achieve better results all round in tests and coursework.
Hooping Playshops can range from 1-2 hours of hooping activities integrating a motivational and inspirational approach to school, work and life in general. Hoops and other materials will be provided for the playshop. Hooping playshops start at £25 per hour depending on workshop content and numbers.
We can also be present at any other events you may be holding during the school term.
